Along with the stock market, the SMARTEQUITY team cooperates with various teams of developers implementing their own projects in the commercial or residential real estate markets.
Having experience of our own development projects in the past, we decided not to engage in operational development business anymore but understanding all the details and understanding the intricacies of construction, we retained interest at the level of assessing the investment attractiveness of certain projects.
To date, our access to investment proposals has several projects available to a wide range of investors.
The geography of projects is also very diverse, including the USA: Florida, California, Nevada. European projects in Turkey (the fastest growing real estate market in Europe now, as well as many others that will be provided on request and some of them in this section of the site.
